What Products Does this Page List? This section lists all of the products I personally use for weight loss and health. Please note that I may have bought some products without reading the package label or by consulting the website's descriptions, so some of the products may not be listed in every section below. I list the products in order of appearance (i.e., low calorie, high calorie, low carbohydrate, high carbohydrate, high fat, low fat, high fat, etc.). I've also listed the products that I feel are the most convenient to use. If you'd like to see my preferred products, just send me an email and I'll add them to the list. Most of these products work well with low-carbohydrate or low-fat diets as long as you keep the calories down to a minimum. All of the products have a very short shelf life and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
