I am a sleep expert, a licensed sleep scientist, and a certified sleep coach. I am not a sleep apnea expert, though. In fact, I believe that sleep apnea is mostly the result of poor sleep. I also think that the people that are getting all these products are doing nothing for their sleep. The products are just another product, like clothes, toys, or a new computer. The people that buy them think that they're helping their sleep. They aren't, as they usually aren't, and they often don't know it.
